Edit an article on the front page

After an article has been published and enabled to be a front page article you can edit the
article in 3 easy steps.

1. Open the Joomla administrator control panel in a browser window and type in the url of the control panel. URL Stands for. Universal Resource Locater In short, The address we type in the address bar to open the website, is called as URL it will http://www.yoursite . com/subdirectory/administrator; replacing the information with your info. If you have your Joomla! site in a sub directory then you will need to add it to the url.

In the top horizontal tool bar go to; Content > Front Page Manager. This will open a window with all the articles that you have published to the front page.

2. Choose the article you wish to edit and click it to open it.

3. Edit the article as you would with any word editing program. When you have finished editing the article scroll to the top of the page and click the save button. Open your site and you will see your article modifications have been published to the web.

That's it! You have completed editing an article in Joomla.
